Jamie Sims

Jamie Sims has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. They began their career in the US Navy, serving as an Anti-Submarine Warfare Officer on the USS Vicksburg (CG 69) and later as a Fire Control Officer on the USS O'Kane (DDG 77). After leaving the Navy, Jamie worked as an Aegis Fleet Support Representative at the Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division for three years. They then served as a Weapons Officer on the USS Dewey (DDG 105). In 2016, Jamie joined COMDERSON TWO as a Combat Systems Officer. They later moved to East Coast Repair & Fabrication, LLC, where they worked as a Project Manager from 2017 to 2018. Jamie then transitioned to the role of Surface Warfare Analyst at WBB from 2018 to 2020, before joining Serco in 2020 as an Analyst II. In this role, Jamie was responsible for data analysis, front end database management, testing, and product development. They also served as a team lead, leading multiple testing projects and initiatives. Overall, Jamie's experience showcases their strong analytical skills, leadership abilities, and technical expertise.

Jamie Sims earned a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Education with a focus on Health and Wellness from The Citadel, where they studied from 2002 to 2006. From 2010 to 2013, Jamie pursued a Master's Degree in Public Health Administration with a specialization in Social and Behavioral Sciences from Capella University.
