Jeffrey Cohen is currently the Vice President of Proposals at WBB. Jeffrey has over twenty years of experience in proposal management and operations, strategic business solutions, business process re-engineering, capture management, business development, and program and project management.
Prior to their current position, Jeffrey served as the Senior Director of Proposal Management Operations at Peraton from December 2021 to September 2022. From April 2021 to December 2021, they were the Director of the Proposal Operations Center at Serco. And from April 2015 to April 2021, Jeffrey was the Vice President of Proposal Operations at Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB).
Before joining WBB, Jeffrey was a management consultant and proposal manager for Sound Solutions Consulting, LLC from June 2013 to April 2015 where they supported various Federal Government offerings for Fortune 500 companies and SDVOSBs. In this role, they authored the Program Management Plan and Transition Plan for a classified client, wrote all verbiage for the Cost Volume ensuring the Cost narrative matched the Tech Approach, and served as both a Pink Team and Red Team reviewer.
