Senior Logistics Analyst at WBB

Jim Sanders began their work experience in 2001 as a Superintendent for the 308 Aircraft Maintenance Unit in the United States Air Force. Jim was responsible for leading over 250 technicians in the maintenance and logistics support of F-16 aircraft. Jim then became a Lead production supt for the 310 AMU, where they supervised inspections and established maintenance priorities for F-16 aircraft. In 2006, they became the Chief Enlisted Manager for the 34th Aircraft Maintenance Non-Commissioned Officer In-Charge, overseeing the maintenance of B-1 aircraft. Jim later served as the HQ AMC/A4 Director of Logistics Chief /Commercial Derivative Aircraft Branch Chief, where they oversaw maintenance for a fleet of diverse support aircraft. In 2009, they became the Command Chief Master Sergeant, providing senior executive consultation and serving as the Director of Human Resources. Jim then became the Chief, Quality Assurance/Equipment Maintenance Squadron Superintendent, serving as the primary technical advisor for aircraft maintenance and leading a team of 771 personnel. In 2012, they joined WBB as a Senior Logistics Analyst, serving as the logistics functional lead and chief logistician for a government system acquisition program management office. Jim is currently the President and CEO of SandPoint Logistics and Consulting LLC.

Jim Sanders obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Government, from Wayland Baptist University. Jim attended the university from 2002 to 2008.
