Matthew Geis

Project Manager at WBB

Matthew Geis began their work experience in 2000 as a Construction Worker at Momentum, Inc. where they assisted in the design and renovation of a Historical Building in Centerville, Ohio. Matthew later worked as an Electrical Apprentice at Reliable Electric, assisting with commercial electrical work. In 2006, they returned to Momentum, Inc. as a Construction Worker, continuing their work on renovating historical buildings. That same year, they also worked as an Engineering Assistant at the Air Force Research Laboratory, participating in the STEP Program while maintaining a high GPA. From 2011 to 2014, Geis worked as an Industrial and Systems Engineer at Millat Industries Corp., managing projects in precision machining. In 2014, they became a Project Manager at MacAulay Brown, supporting engineering services and managing construction and renovation projects. Finally, in 2016, they moved to Whitney, Bradley & Brown (WBB) as a Project Manager, with responsibilities unchanged from their previous role at MacAulay Brown.

Matthew Geis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering, with a minor in Supply Chain Management, at Wright State University from 2006 to 2011. Prior to attending university, Matthew completed their high school education at Bellbrook High School. In 2015, they enrolled in the Human Systems Certificate program at the Air Force Institute of Technology-Graduate School of Engineering & Management, where they are currently pursuing their studies. Additionally, Matthew obtained a Green Belt Certification in Lean/Six Sigma from the University of Dayton in June 2014.
