Mike McNeill

Mike McNeill is a Senior Acquisition Contracting Manager at Serco, leveraging twenty-five years of extensive experience as a leader and DoD certified contracting officer. They possess extensive knowledge in contracting, acquisition, program management, and logistics, combined with superior skills in communication and policy development. Previously, Mike served in various roles supporting the United States Special Operations Command, including Senior Contingency Contracting Officer, where they provided critical contracting support to worldwide Special Operations Forces. Mike holds a Master's Degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from the University of Northern Colorado and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke.
