Jing Chen

Jing CHEN is an accomplished professional in environmental conservation and wildlife protection, currently serving as the Manager for Food and Nature at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development since February 2022. Previously, Jing held the position of Senior Manager at TRAFFIC, leading global studies on illegal wildlife trade and coordinating projects in China. Jing's experience includes roles as Senior Programme Manager at WWF/TRAFFIC, where management of initiatives related to wildlife cybercrime and endangered species was emphasized. Earlier in the career, Jing contributed to project management and research at International Rivers and held various positions at Wetlands International, focusing on wetland conservation and policy development. Jing's educational background features multiple Master’s degrees in Forestry and Wildlife Conservation, along with a Bachelor's degree in Biology from recognized institutions.
