Lucy Schroder is an accomplished professional in sustainability and regenerative agriculture. Currently serving as an Associate at the World Business Council for Sustainable Development's One Planet Business for Biodiversity (OP2B) since December 2023, Lucy focuses on financing pathways for the adoption of regenerative agriculture in collaboration with leading food businesses. Previously, as an intern at WBCSD’s Soft Commodities Forum, Lucy contributed to initiatives aimed at eliminating soy-driven deforestation in Brazil. Lucy's earlier experience includes coordinating food waste initiatives at the Solid Waste Authority of Central Ohio and supporting ESG reporting at Kroger. With a Master's degree in Resilient Farming and Food Systems from Wageningen University & Research and a dual Bachelor's degree from Xavier University, Lucy demonstrates a strong academic foundation and a commitment to advancing sustainable practices.
