Offered nationwide exclusively by not-for-profit Certified Development Companies (CDCs), the SBA 504 enables small businesses to grow and create jobs by providing lower down payments (as low as 10%) long-term (up to 25 years!), fixed-rate (currently around 5%) financing for owner occupied commercial real estate and business equipment.
