Alicia Fields has a diverse work experience spanning several years. Alicia recently joined Chicago Public Media as the Director of Talent Acquisition in April 2022. Prior to that, they worked at The Creative Group, where they took on various roles. From November 2015 to March 2022, they served as a Recruiting Manager in the Permanent Placement Division, placing highly skilled creative professionals in suitable roles. In January 2018, they were promoted to Division Director in the same division. Before their time at The Creative Group, Alicia worked at Dicimi Tech Digital Design Agency as a Senior Project Manager from June 2012 to October 2015. In this role, they managed integrated marketing and branding campaigns and built strong relationships with clients.
Alicia Fields earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing & Advertising from Prairie View A&M University, where they studied from 1999 to 2003. Later, from 2011 to 2013, they pursued an MBA in Project Management at Kaplan University. In addition to their formal education, they obtained several certifications from the Google Digital Academy (Skillshop), including Google Ads Display Certification in September 2020, Google Ads Search Certification in September 2020, and Google Analytics Individual Qualification in July 2020.
