Paula Ogai

Paula Ogai is currently the Head de Pessoas e Cultura at wBrain and a Co-Founder of Urban Beach Sports, bringing over 20 years of experience in supporting the evolution of people and companies. They previously served as Human Resources Manager at Janssen and held various HR leadership roles, including Head de Pessoas, Transformação e Cultura at Banco Sofisa S/A and Sr Human Resources Manager at both Janssen and Merck. Paula's academic credentials include a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and a Professional Certificate in Business Management with an emphasis in HR from the University of California, San Diego, among other qualifications. They are currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Psychology.
