Rick Odom has extensive experience in the manufacturing and construction industries. They began their career as a Carpenter at Real Construction from 1993 to 1996, and then served as Shop Foreman at Kreher Steel from 1996 to 1999. Following this, Rick held the position of Plant Manager at US Stone from 1999 to 2003, where they manufactured engineered stone countertops. Rick later joined Wisenbaker Builder Services in 2003 as Director of Manufacturing, advancing to Vice President of Manufacturing in 2017, a role they currently hold.
