Leah Fleming is an accomplished media professional with extensive experience in radio broadcasting and news production. Currently serving as the Executive Producer at WBUR since February 2024, Leah leads a team in creating and broadcasting a morning news program. Previously, Leah worked at Georgia Public Broadcasting from January 2013 to February 2024, where roles included Executive Producer & Host of a newsmagazine, Senior Radio Host/Correspondent for Morning Edition, and Radio Host/Reporter for All Things Considered. Earlier career highlights include serving as Deputy News Director at WLRN Miami Herald News and working as a radio anchor/reporter for Friends of WLRN, Inc. and a radio host at WJCT Public Broadcasting. Leah holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Marymount College Tarrytown.
