Sadea Ferguson

Sadea Ferguson, CMP, currently serves as the Events Business Manager at WBUR since February 2023. With a diverse background in event management, Sadea previously held the position of Project Manager at Cisco, where responsibilities included managing live and virtual event operations and leading presentations on workflow improvements. Experience as an Events Program Coordinator at the American Petroleum Institute involved ensuring the quality of meeting materials and coordinating meeting logistics. Additionally, Sadea worked as a Wedding & Events Planner at Covenant Weddings & Occasions, LLC, and as a Conference Services Representative II at Ropes & Gray LLP, overseeing various aspects of event planning and execution. Earlier roles included supporting project budgets, administrative tasks, and logistical coordination at organizations such as the Center for Disease Dynamics, Economics & Policy, and Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. Sadea holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Emmanuel College and has been a Certified Meeting Professional since 2017.
