Franklin Bunagan has a diverse background in customer service and office support roles, currently serving as an Operation Support System - Customer Service at WCD since August 2021. Previous experience includes working as a Dispatch at Rileys from October 2018 to March 2020, and serving as an Office Services Clerk at Aramark Canada from May 2010 to August 2014. Franklin also held the position of Office Services/Facilities Generalist at Bantrel from March 2006 to March 2009. Educational qualifications include attendance at Bow Valley College and Calgary Board of Education, along with studies at Far Eastern University and Holy Trinity Academy (Philippines), culminating in a high school diploma.
