Karen Brookman has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Karen began their career in 1997 as the President and Co-Founder of Commonwealth Legal Inc. In 2014, Commonwealth Legal was acquired by Ricoh Canada Inc., and Karen served as the President of Commonwealth Legal (Post Acquisition) until 2017. Karen then became the Vice President of Services Canada at Ricoh Canada Inc. from 2017 to 2018. Additionally, they worked at Ricoh USA, Inc. as a Team Leader in Ediscovery North American Business Strategy from 2016 to 2017. In 2018, Karen joined WCD (formerly West Canadian Digital Imaging) as the Chief Innovation Officer, and later became the President and CEO in 2019.
