Nigel Hall

Nigel Hall is a Programme and Change Management expert with over 30 years of experience in project and programme delivery, primarily within the public sector. Trained at a 'Big 4' consultancy, they have held various leadership roles, including Director at Everything ICT, WCL, Leading AI, and most recently at Engine. Nigel's experience also includes a pivotal position as Managing Consultant at Ernst & Young and Cap Gemini, along with extensive training in project management delivery skills. They hold a 2:1 degree from Queen Mary University of London and are proficient in various methodologies and applications relevant to change management and public procurement.
