Jen Jackson

Jen Jackson is the current People Director at WCS Group. Prior to joining WCS Group, Jen was the HR Director at Marlowe plc from March 2017 to April 2020. Jen has also held HR Director positions at Marlowe Fire & Security and Swift Fire & Security. Jen began their career in HR as an HR Advisor at Swift Fire & Security in August 2011.

Jen Jackson started their educational career by attending Bolton School Girls Division, where they completed their GCSEs. Jen then went on to Bolton School Girls Sixth Form, where they completed their A levels in Jen'story, Psychology, Biology, and A.S Chemistry. After that, they attended Lancaster University, where they earned their Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Finally, they attended The University of Salford, where they earned their Master of Science in HR Management.

Jen Jackson works with Tim Gaston - Engineering Director, Steven Booth - Managing Director, Water & Air, and Richard Gimmler - Finance Director. Their manager is Phil Greenwood, CEO.
