Michael Kolacz

Michael Kolacz is an HVAC Projects Manager at WDF Inc., where they focus on overseeing various projects and mentoring other project managers. They have extensive experience in the HVAC field, having previously worked as a Service Manager at Best-Temp Mechanical Corp., and held project management roles at Haas, Inc. and Trane. Michael is currently pursuing multiple engineering degrees, including a Master of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, alongside Bachelor’s degrees in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering from Farmingdale State College, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Columbia University.
