Markus Gerdiken

Markus Gerdiken is an organisational consultant at WDR, where they have been involved in guiding change processes from linear to digital since 2020. Previously, from 2011 to 2019, they worked at ZF Group as an organisational developer, managing international change projects and facilitating agile transformations. Gerdiken also provided process consulting and served as a research assistant at the University of Göttingen between 2007 and 2011. They earned a Master’s degree in Law and Sociology from Georg-August-Universität Göttingen in 2007.
