Andy Russell

Andy Russell has a diverse work experience in the media industry. Andy started as an Intern at WANE-TV in 2009, where they shadowed reporters and gained hands-on experience in reporting and video production. In 2010, they became a Producer at KSFY-TV, and a year later, they joined WANE-TV again as a Producer, where they produced multiple shows and gained expertise in show production. In 2017, Andy joined WDRB Media as a Producer and later became an Executive Producer. Currently, they hold the position of Assistant News Director at WDRB Media, starting in 2022.

Andy Russell attended Ball State University from 2006 to 2010, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree. During their time at the university, they focused their studies on the fields of Telecommunications with a News Option, Political Science, and Geography.
