Our Conscious Touring programme helps to provide all the necessary services to optimise mental health and wellbeing of artists on tour. 

Our Conscious Manager programme brings an understandable and actionable psychosocial approach into the workplace, and supports it with group and 1-1 coaching and mentoring, equipping artist managers and team members with the right skillsets to  effectively manage the challenging relationships and situations that can become a block to productivity. 

Our 1-1 emotional support and care coordination services provide 24-7 help for those struggling with mental health, behavioural and addiction-related issues, and the team around them. This includes complex situations requiring in-person support, sourcing and providing transport or escorting to treatment centres, creating and managing a multi-disciplinary team including aftercare, and facilitating a healthy environment for the individual's return.
