Joe Poole

Joe Poole has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Joe is currently working as the Chief Operating Officer at We Build Bots, where they are responsible for delivering conversational AI platforms and improving user experiences. Prior to this, Joe was the Managing Director at StartOp.uk and the Founder of Kaffekop. Joe also served as the Head of Operations and Delivery Manager at Rakuten Fits Me, and as a Product Manager at Amplience. In addition to their professional roles, Joe has experience in adventure project management, hostel assistant management, and English tutoring during their year of travel and exploration. Joe has also worked as a Security Consultant and served in the Royal Navy as a Commando Air Crewman.

Joe Poole obtained a Level 7 Diploma in Professional Consulting from the Chartered Management Institute in 2016-2017. In addition to their diploma, they also have various certifications including Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from the International Association for Six Sigma Certification, SAFe 4.0 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc., APMP from the Association for Project Management, a Level 3 Diploma in Aviation Operations from City & Guilds, and a Level 2 Diploma in Team Leadership and a Level 3 certificate in First Line Management from the Chartered Management Institute.
