Paul Shepherd

Paul Shepherd has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Paul is the Founder of logicdialog, where they developed AI-powered service automation software. Paul also co-founded Hello Soda, where they spearheaded the creation of the PROFILE platform for analyzing unstructured data in various industries. Prior to that, they were the Founder of Coupmedia, a company specializing in social media outsourcing and organizing technology-based conferences and publishing campaigns. Paul also served as a New Tech Consultant for the Visit Wales Digital Tourism Steering Group, helping tourism businesses adopt new technologies. Earlier in their career, they worked as an Interim Senior Editor for CDM Media and co-founded The Coup Agency.

Paul Shepherd attended UWCN from 1995 to 1999, where they pursued a BA degree in English and European Studies.
