Jade Fraser is an experienced leader in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) with a proven track record across various organizations. Currently serving as a Non Executive Director for WE CREATE SPACE, Jade contributes to driving change for LGBTQ+ individuals globally. Previous roles include Advisory Board Member of a global LGBTQIA+ collective, and Equity, Performance & Engagement Director at Camunda, where responsibilities involved implementing strategic initiatives. Jade has also worked as the Global Executive for Culture, Inclusion & Social Innovation at House of Humanity and as Group Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Engagement at Natura & Co, where significant DEI strategies were developed for multiple global brands. Earlier experience at Serco included leading diversity efforts and managing community teams. Jade's educational background includes multiple qualifications from the Chartered Management Institute, focusing on business management and equality.
