Lotus Smits is a seasoned professional in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), currently serving as the Founder and DEI Director at The INK - DEI AGENCY, where the focus is on embedding DEI in corporate culture through various services. As a co-founder of EGALA, Lotus works to empower migrant professionals, and also holds interim positions such as the Global Director of People Experience at Campari Group. Additional roles include partnership with Flexa, Wellbeing Teacher & Speaker at WE CREATE SPACE, and previous leadership positions at Glovo and Booking.com, where Lotus championed inclusive workplace practices.
