Food is in our DNA. We create food concepts that work, building the right impression for your guests and customers. What we do best is food concept design, delivery and transformation and we never walk away when your concept is fully developed, structured or re-designed. We Design Food develops and realizes food concepts for hotel chains, multiple store F&B concepts or single F&B concept or formula where real customization is needed. Sometimes we focus on creativity alone, sometimes it is all about the back-end, food logistics, supply chain and sourcing management where we tackle problems and create new insights and better flow. We work with teams who want to make a step up in food and deliver lasting results. Our We Design Food alliance gives us an enormous strength and supportive network to serve our client needs. Our network of suppliers, food producers and chefs is as strong as it gets and will allow you to deliver consistent quality time and time again. We are ready! • Food concept design - Menu engineering - Technical recipes - Digital kitchen management • Food concept delivery - Sourcing products & meal components - Culinary quality control - Testing & refining - Broad network for supporting services • Food concept transformation - Training & coaching - Hands on implementation - F&B (re)organisation
