FROM VISIONS TO VENUES
WE DEVELOPMENT is made up of individuals with years of experience in creating unique and successful destinations.
We are dedicated to one theme: Bringing ROX to life - the Return on Experience for all involved.

EXPERIENCE COMPETENCE FROM ONE SOURCE
As a team of experts for the realization of extraordinary experiences, we combine all necessary competencies under one roof. Depending on the task and the size of the company, we also form project teams with our partners from the SODA Group and Pascher+Heinz, thus multiplying our creative possibilities.

THE BEGINNING OF A COOPERATION
Our consultancy often begins when an experience venue is in the planning stage: something completely new is being planned, an opening is imminent, a repositioning is imminent, or there are simply more guests. Since we develop our experience concepts individually for each project, we get to know our clients in a no-obligation and free initial consultation.
When we work together, we offer a very fair and individualized fee system, where our costs are always based on our delivery.

OUR PROMISE
Always expect helpful and cost-saving feedback.
For example, an exceptional concept and an inspired team that lives and breathes this concept will later replace very high marketing budgets to attract attention.
At the same time, we will guide you through all phases of design and later construction implementation, protecting you from costly potholes along the project road.

What else? Let's talk about it :)
