Fernando Tempo

Fernando Tempo is an experienced IT consultant and technician with a diverse background in information technology, project assistance, and system administration. Currently serving as an IT consultant at WeEffect since December 2013 and as a technician at the Conselho Municipal da Cidade de Lichinga since 2014, Fernando also holds the position of System Administrator for Urban Property Registration at the Município de Lichinga since May 2016. Previous roles include technical fieldwork and project coordination at Projecto Acesso Seguro a Terra and IT supervision at Grupo João Ferreira dos Santos. Fernando possesses a license degree in Planning, Administration, and Education Management from Universidade Pedagógica de Moçambique, obtained between 2009 and 2012.
