Ruth Nakaundi

Ruth Nakaundi is a seasoned Human Resource Practitioner with extensive local and international experience. Currently serving as the Regional HR for Southern Africa at We Effect, Ruth has held significant HR leadership roles with organizations such as USAID's DISCOVER Health Project and Save the Children International, where they oversaw HR, administration, and IT functions. Ruth's educational background includes ongoing studies for a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Lusaka, alongside multiple higher national diplomas and a Master's in Strategic Management from AIU.
