We Käre is an initiative dedicated to supporting jobseekers and not-for-profits in finding their next opportunity through a light-touch, pro bono service. This programme was founded by Aditi Sharma Wuenscher, with Sneethi Jayarajan as Co-Founder, and operates with the steadfast support of Konsälidön’s founder, Varun Malik.

We Käre bridges the gap between talented individuals and meaningful opportunities. Designed to assist professionals at any career stage, We Käre offers beneficiaries a platform to enhance their visibility, connect with industry leaders, and align with projects that suit their expertise and aspirations.

By providing tailored support, showcasing resumes, and fostering community engagement, We Käre empowers beneficiaries while creating win-win opportunities for businesses and consultants within our ecosystem. Whether you’re seeking your next role, mentorship from seasoned professionals, or collaborative project opportunities, We Käre is here to support you.

How We Help:

Meaningful Connections: We connect beneficiaries with 20–25 of our relevant LinkedIn connections.

Amplified Awareness: We identify and promote their most pressing requirements within our network.

Learning & Networking: We offer free opportunities to attend and speak at our events, enabling them to learn, network, and build their personal brands.

Ecosystem Prioritisation: Beneficiaries are added to the Konsälidön ecosystem and given priority for our opportunities.

At We Käre, we’re not just building connections—we’re building futures. Because your success is our success.
