Daniel Huckstep

Daniel Huckstep started their work experience in 2007 as a Software Developer at Honeywell Process Solutions. Daniel then worked as an Associate Tools Programmer at Bioware in 2008. In 2009, they joined CodeBaby (now known as iDAvatars) as a Software Developer. From 2011 to 2020, they worked at Yardstick, where they held multiple roles including Senior Developer, Technology Lead, and AVP Platforms. During their time at Yardstick, they implemented various systems and platforms using Lua and AWS technology. In 2020, they joined We Know Training as the Director of Platform R&D, where they designed and implemented reporting systems and developed an e-commerce component.

Daniel Huckstep completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Software Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Alberta between 2004 and 2009. In addition, they obtained certification as an Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in October 2019.
