Creating better workplaces through courageous dialogue.

WE is a dialogue based global program that works to improve working conditions across supply chains, from cotton fields to garment factories to waste pickers. WE offers an innovative methodology of how to work with complex challenges with an unconventional yet powerful philosophy of how to collaborate.

The WE program has been at the forefront of human rights in business for more than 15 years, offering a methodology rooted in dialogue, ownership, and continuous learning. In WE, dialogue is more than just ‘people talking’. It is a structured process that gives everyone involved the opportunity to participate and co-create a desired future. Courageous conversations lie at the heart of that.

WE helps shift workplace dynamics from debate to dialogue, from focusing on problems to identifying and shifting harmful patterns, and from traditional management to ownership and co-creation.That’s why we’re constantly adapting, and making space for every story to matter.

We believe human rights challenges are not just a collection of facts, they are relational, shaped by culture, power, and perspective. That’s why our approach brings together workers, managers, and brands to adapt creatively and constantly, fostering more humane and equitable workplaces.

As a global learning community, we help transform supply chains into thriving networks where people are heard, respected, and empowered.
