Nicholas Weber has been working in the software engineering field since 2008. Nicholas began their career at Kenmode Tool & Engineering, Inc. as a Business Systems Software Developer where they designed and developed a .NET COM server application. In 2011, they joined Menards as a Senior .NET Developer and was later promoted to .NET Team Lead. From 2012 to 2018, Nicholas worked at the American Academy of Neurology as a Senior Manager of Web Development and Senior Web and Mobile Developer. In 2020, they co-founded We Sparkle and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer.
Nicholas Weber attended Eastern Illinois University from 1998 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology in 2001 and completed coursework for a Master of Arts in Computer Technology/Computer Systems Technology in 2002. Nicholas also obtained certifications in Computer Technology and Quality Systems from Eastern Illinois University in June 2002. Weber additionally earned certifications from Microsoft, including a Microsoft Certified Professional in January 2018, an MCSA: Web Applications certification in February 2019, and an MCSD: App Builder certification in February 2019. Weber's education began at Buffalo Grove High School and Harper College.
