Breath-led. Design-forward. Built for real life.

We The Conscious® is a conscious lifestyle brand and breath-led multidisciplinary studio based in Hackney, London.

We create experiences that support emotional wellbeing, nervous system health and the pace of modern life. Our studio brings together breathwork, movement, sound and sensory design to help people reconnect with themselves and their environment.

At the centre is the breath. Our method draws from conscious connected breathwork, somatics and sound, combining ancient wisdom with a grounded, science-informed approach.

We offer:
• Studio sessions across movement, stillness, sound and the breath
• Breathwork journeys for individuals, couples, groups and teams
• Curated wellness days for forward-thinking workplaces
• Our signature aerial relaxation pods for deep sensory reset
• Space hire for practitioners and conscious brands
• Seasonal events and community gatherings

Designed for modern living — for busy minds, overwhelmed bodies and the moments that call for something deeper. We’re here to support what it means to live consciously, feel fully and create space in a world that rarely pauses.

Female-founded and rooted in intention, We The Conscious® is where self-care meets conscious living.
