We Think Solutions is a global boutique consultancy specialising in freight forwarding, operational excellence, people development, and scalable growth models for logistics organisations.
We partner with freight forwarders, BPO leaders, and government training academies to help build capability, streamline performance, and unlock profitable expansion.
Our approach is practical and results-driven:
✅ We design & deliver world-class logistics training programs (air, ocean, road, warehousing, customs, sales)
✅ We provide fractional executive leadership — including COO, CSO, and Customer Service transformation roles
✅ We enable offshore operational scaling to reduce costs while improving service quality and speed
We bring decades of real-world freight expertise across Asia Pacific, Middle East, Africa, Europe, and the Americas, combined with multilingual delivery (English, French, Portuguese, Arabic).
We’re not just consultants. We’re hands-on partners who embed with your teams, build capability from the inside out, and leave you stronger than we found you.
Let’s build a logistics workforce that moves the world
