Jeff Mello

Jeff Mello has extensive work experience in the financial industry. Jeff currently serves as the President & Chief Financial Officer at Wealthbox, a position they have held since October 2020. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Strategy and Planning at eMoney Advisor from January 2018 to March 2020.

From November 2015 to January 2018, Jeff was the Director of Finance at Anaqua, where they were responsible for various financial functions such as Mergers and Acquisitions, Budgeting, Forecasting, Revenue and Bookings, and Product Pricing and Profitability.

Before joining Anaqua, Jeff worked at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Project Leader Special Projects- Budget Manager from March 2015 to November 2015. Jeff also gained experience at Global Atlantic Financial Group Limited, where they held two roles. Jeff was an Associate responsible for reporting and analysis of the Life and Annuity business from January 2015 to March 2015. Jeff also served as a Senior Analyst from April 2013 to January 2015, focusing on hedge sensitivity, Profit and Loss delta reporting, asset portfolio reporting, rating agency management, and M&A integration.

Jeff's earlier experience includes working at Goldman Sachs as a Senior Analyst in Planning and Analysis/Risk Management from October 2010 to April 2013. In this role, they managed P&L estimation processes, expense reporting, and investment portfolio reporting. Jeff also worked as an Analyst in Controllers from June 2008 to October 2010, where they were responsible for financial reporting and analytics for various business units and asset types.

Jeff Mello has pursued their education in an impressive manner. Jeff completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, focusing on Finance and Economics, at Bryant University. Later on, they furthered their studies and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) at Worcester Polytechnic Institute, concentrating on Entrepreneurship, Strategy, and Innovation.
