Joseph Kampf

Joseph Kampf has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. Joseph is currently working as a Senior Engineer, DevOps at Wealthbox since June 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Principle Software Engineer at Vertex Inc. from January 2022 to June 2022.

From August 2019 to December 2021, Joseph held the position of Director at CapTech Ventures, Inc. Before that, they served as a Senior Manager at the same company from May 2017 to August 2019.

Joseph also has experience working at hibu as a Senior Manager of the Enterprise Services Team from September 2010 to April 2017. During their time at hibu, they led a distributed team, facilitated design and development for SOA implementation, and played a key role in optimizing devops and deployment practices.

Prior to hibu, Joseph worked as an SOA Developer, Contractor at PJM Interconnection from March 2009 to September 2010. Joseph developed SOA solutions using Sonic ESB, Java, Spring, JAXB, Oracle Database, Maven, Hudson, and Nexus.

Joseph's earlier work experience includes serving as a Senior Architect at Anexinet from July 2003 to March 2009. Joseph mentored clients on J2EE architecture and represented Anexinet at developer conferences.

In addition to the above, Joseph has held various technical roles at Iron Mountain Records Management, VWR International, and the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office, where they demonstrated expertise in architecture, deployment, and system development using technologies such as WebLogic, Tomcat, Hibernate, and Oracle.

Joseph Kampf obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from Saint Joseph's University, where they studied from 1993 to 1997. Joseph also holds additional certifications in Java from TestDome, obtained in April 2015, MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD) - Level 1 from MuleSoft, obtained in February 2021, and Certified SAFe® 4 DevOps Practitioner from Scaled Agile Inc, obtained in November 2018.
