Peter Grey-Wolf

Peter Grey-Wolf, MBA, is a seasoned professional in real estate investment and development with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Vice President at WealthCap since January 2006, Peter has successfully re-launched and restructured the American real estate investment program, directing USD 360 million investment over 24 months to generate over USD 7 billion in assets. Previously, as Senior Associate at Daniel T. Borger Asset Management, Peter sourced and acquired CAD 272 million in commercial real estate for Credit Suisse and built a team of service providers that has remained intact for over a decade. Additionally, as Development Manager at OPTIONS FOR HOMES, Peter managed the delivery of 750 condominium apartments. Peter holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Toronto's Rotman School of Management and two degrees in Architecture from McGill University.
