Crystal Thomas

Crystal Thomas is currently the QA Automation Manager at WealthForge. Prior to that, they were a QA Lead at QualiTest Group from October 2018 to February 2020. Before QualiTest Group, they were the Director of Shared Services at Unboxed Technology from September 2014 to August 2018.

Before their time at Unboxed Technology, Crystal was the QA Functional Team Lead at Estes Express Lines from September 2012 to September 2014. Crystal began their career in Quality Assurance as a Sr. QA Specialist at Allianz Global Assistance from May 2008 to August 2012.

Outside of their professional career in Quality Assurance, Crystal has also held positions such as Trade Sales at Games Workshop from April 1999 to April 2005 and Concierge Team Leader at World Access from January 2006 to December 2008. Additionally, they have experience in inside sales supervision from their time at Brightstone Pharma from January 1997 to December 1999.

Currently, when they are not working in Quality Assurance, Crystal enjoys writing novels and doing freelance writing work.

Crystal Thomas attended American University where they earned their B.A. in Crystal'story.
