Jim Raper

Jim Raper is the current Sr MD Operations & Compliance at WealthForge. Prior to that, they were the President, COO of PHOENIX Business Consulting from July 1998 to March 2008. Jim's responsibilities included accounting, sales, personnel, project administration, and infrastructure. From August 2011 to June 2015, they were the President of Crimson Staff Advisors, LLC. In this role, they worked as an experienced and trusted advisor to business owners, helping them with operational efficiency and income in distressed situations. Jim also collaborated with owners as they formed and sought to capitalize their businesses and prepared their businesses for a control transition or exit.

Jim Raper has a Master of Business Administration from Virginia Commonwealth University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Virginia Tech.
