Grace Sun

Grace Sun is a dedicated Computer Science and Statistics student at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, set to graduate in May 2024. Currently serving as a Teaching Assistant in the UNC Department of Computer Science, Grace has demonstrated a strong ability to support students in understanding Java programming through organized office hours. Experience as a Full Stack Developer Intern at IBM involved leading the development of a data ingestion script in Python, contributing to a project aimed at saving $600K annually on Kubernetes cluster waste. As a member of Kappa Phi Lambda Sorority, Inc., Grace held the executive position of Warden and also maintained the sorority's website. Prior experience includes mentoring students at Edlyft, assisting those in computer science courses, and completing a Network Engineering Internship at Verizon, where a dashboard was implemented to enhance data monitoring efficiency.
