Jim Lamb is a seasoned professional in product management, currently serving as the Director of Product Management at Wealthfront since January 2024. Prior to this role, Jim held various positions at Redfin, including Director of Product Management, where responsibilities included overseeing the Monetization team and driving high-margin digital revenue through third-party partnerships. As one of the founding members of Redfin Mortgage, Jim obtained a loan originator's license to develop a proprietary loan origination system. Experience also includes significant contributions to scaling internal CRM systems and launching custom platforms for real estate operations. Jim began with Redfin as a Marketing Intern and holds a BA in Economics from Stanford University, class of 2008.
