Martha Alvarez

Martha Alvarez has extensive work experience in the field of recruiting and program coordination. Martha started their career as a Program Coordinator at Premier Healthcare Services in 2016. Martha then worked as a Program Coordinator at the Hispanic Foundation of Silicon Valley from 2017 to 2018, where they also held the role of Fellow in the Latino Board Leadership Academy. Following this, Martha worked as a Recruiting Coordinator (Contractor) at Porsche Digital and Proofpoint in 2018. In 2019, they joined Wealthfront as a Recruiting Coordinator and later held positions as a Sourcer and Recruiter. Currently, Martha is serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Wealthfront, where they have been since 2022.

Martha Alvarez attended Prospect High School from 2006 to 2010 and obtained a High School Diploma. Later, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science from San Jose State University, from 2013 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, Martha also obtained certifications in Talent Sourcing from LinkedIn in April 2020 and in Excel from AcademyX Computer Training in August 2017.
