Ryan M. Anderson is an experienced user researcher with a robust background in scaling user research and influencing product strategy through user insights. Currently serving as the Director of User Research at Wealthfront since November 2019, Ryan has held various research-focused roles including Senior User Researcher and Staff User Researcher. Prior experience includes roles at Twine, where Ryan significantly contributed to user research methodologies across multiple teams, and brightpeak financial, where Ryan drove a UX strategy that resulted in a substantial increase in disability insurance applications. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a BA in Sociology and Anthropology from St. Olaf College.
