Michael Threet

Michael Threet has extensive experience in financial and operational management across various sectors, including banking and industrial automation. Notably, Threet served as Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Silver State Bancorp from July 1997 to September 2008, overseeing finance, treasury, investor relations, and non-lending operations for a publicly traded bank holding company. Prior to this role, Threet worked as Corporate Controller at American Bank of Commerce, managing all accounting and financial reporting activities. Subsequent positions included Chief Financial Officer at New-Com, Inc. and currently, Chief Financial and Operating Officer at Caltrol Inc., as well as board member roles at Caltrol and Wealthgate Trust. Threet began a career in finance as a Senior Auditor at Deloitte. Threet holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
