David Semmens

David Semmens, CFA, currently serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Cadro since May 2022, achieving top quartile performance across EUR and GBP portfolios. David has developed the investment function from the ground up and oversees strategic leadership in the investment lifecycle. Since 2018, David has held various roles at Wealthify, including External Investment Committee Member and Chair of the Investment Committee. Other current positions include Investment Committee Member at The Royal Company of Merchants of The City of Edinburgh and Adjunct Lecturer at Heriot-Watt University. David's previous experience includes senior roles in investment strategy at HSBC Global Asset Management and Allianz Trade, and David is an active angel investor and NFT artist. David holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge and multiple degrees in economics from the University of Warwick.
