Rob Palfrey currently serves as the CASS & Platform Oversight Manager at Wealthify, a position held since August 2023. Previously, Rob was with NatWest Group from December 2019 to August 2023 as the CASS Oversight Manager for NatWest TDS. Prior to that, Rob worked at RBS for over eight years, holding roles including Senior Client Assets Oversight Manager and Operations Manager for Historical Pension Transfer Review. Rob's career also includes a stint as Business Review Manager for Pension Switching at HSBC and as Wealth Development Manager at Legal & General. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Social Studies in Politics from the University of Wales, Cardiff, obtained in June 2005.
