Giuseppe Cavallaro

Giuseppe Cavallaro has worked in the financial sector since 2017. Giuseppe began their career at iason as a Financial Analyst where they created a report that synthesized the differences between the models used by the trading desk and the risk office to price the same instruments. In 2018, they joined Leonteq as a Business Analyst and worked on two projects: YCM (Yield Curve Management) and AMC (Actively Managed Certificates). Theirroles included collecting and defining requirements, providing solutions suitable to the IT infrastructure, identifying non functional requirements, providing test plans and use cases, and updating the documentation. In 2020, Giuseppe joined WealthKernel as an Operations & Finance Manager, Operations & Investments Associate, and Business Analyst/ Financial Analyst.

Giuseppe Cavallaro obtained their Bachelor's degree in Economics from Università di Catania between 2011 and 2015. Giuseppe then pursued a Master's degree in Quantitative Finance from Università degli Studi di Milano between 2015 and 2018. During this time, they also completed an Exchange programme in Quantitative Finance at Peking University HSBC Business School in 2017. Giuseppe is currently in the process of obtaining an Investment Management Certificate (IMC) from CFA UK, expected to be obtained in April 2022.
