Marta Grau Peña has a wealth of experience in the legal field. Marta began their career in 2012 as an intern at the Commercial Court Number 7 in Madrid. In 2013, they joined Garrigues Law Firm as an Associate Lawyer, where they provided legal advice to national and international companies, banks, and investment funds regarding corporate income tax, personal income tax, international taxation, and tax procedure. In 2018, they joined Santander Asset Management as a Legal Adviser, responsible for providing legal advice to investment funds and pension funds, as well as contract review. Later that same year, they joined PwC as a Senior Associate Lawyer in their Legal & Regulatory Financial Services department. Marta currently serves as the Head of Legal at WealthKernel, a UK-based digital investment firm, where they are responsible for developing, managing, and supervising the Legal department, as well as corporate governance and client onboarding.

Marta Grau Peña completed a High School Degree at BV Virgen María School between 1993 and 2007. Marta then attended Universidad Pontificia Comillas to obtain a Degree in Law and Graduate in Business Economics, which they completed in 2012. In 2011, they completed a Course in The Fundamnetals of International Human Rights Law and Human Rights in the Marketplace at the University of Oxford. In 2017, they attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) to complete a Course in Banking Regulation. Marta then attended Brunel University London to obtain a Master of Laws. International Financial Regulation and Corporate Law. With Merit, which they completed in 2018.
