Tim Young is a seasoned business professional with extensive experience in advisory services and company leadership. As the Co-Founder of New Freedom AZ since March 2020, Tim focuses on enhancing business strategies. Additionally, Tim serves as the Managing Partner at WP Business Advisory Services, a role held since January 2011, where business advisory solutions are provided. Tim was also part of the Accelerent Leadership Committee from January 2015 to March 2020, facilitating business growth through strategic relationship development. Prior to these roles, Tim was the Principal at Liquidity Partners LLC from November 2005 to January 2011, helping business owners create liquidity roadmaps and exit plans. Tim's career began at Nelson-Keystone, Fujifilm Graphic Systems, and Enovation, where leadership roles included President and VP of the Western Region, steering multiple enterprises in the printing industry before their acquisition by FUJIFILM Corporation. Tim graduated from Arizona State University.

If we expect full candor, you deserve to know what’s motivating our behavior – things like how our fee model works and what inherent conflicts of interest need to be disclosed. Mutual Transparency creates space for Mutual Ownership: a peer-to-peer model in which everyone owns the same objectives. Our clients describe it as the difference between the planning processes they’ve experienced elsewhere, and a decision-making process. Finally the sense of urgency that’s in the room is tied to quantifiable results based on clarity around their own objectives. WealthPoint is brought to the table in two ways. We’re often invited in directly by an entrepreneur or affluent family group. And just as frequently, we’re invited to the table by an existing inner circle advisor such as a CPA, attorney or wealth manager.
